Extra virgin olive oil biological cultivation which is a product of a specific area of Crete (North Mylopotamos Rethymnon Crete) that has been approved by the European Union as ÐÏÐ.
Ét is the product of a variety of olive which is called Coronaiki. In its cultivation chemical fertiliters are not used. The prevention of the olive tree diseases is done with methods that are directed from organizations that control the process of biological cultivation organizations which control and support the process of biological cultivation, according to the vegulations of the European Union number 2092/91 for products of biological cultivation.
The harvest takes place between November and January. Its liguidation takes place immediately by mechanical means at temperatures below 27° C in order to maintain its taste, aroma and nutritious values.
Product of high nurishing values with low acidity, pure natural taste and discreet aroma. Ideally accompanies your salads and meals.
